I need to re- try your advice again, I got most of the software to work and the pen now seems to work. Just needs to be calibrated and have the sensitivity set. This is my new problem. Another place on the internet says that the windows version causes some of the needed UGEE setup software not to work correctly. This update may be effecting the calibration and sensitivity to now not be able to use the UGEE software to correctly set.
