Can you download apps right from apple watch?

When I run, I run with my iphone in my hand while my apple watch is tracking my run with the Outdoor Run activity in the Workout app.

My watch constantly unlocks my phone while i'm running. Please disable "Unlock with Apple Watch" while in active motion or while doing an Outdoor Run exercise.
